Features
- The wire is passed through the patellar pin, close to the patellar edge, so that the patellar pin cannot slide up and down, the patellar pin does not slide, the wire will not come out of the sleeve.
- The remaining part of the patellar pin is short, leaving only 2-3 mm, which will not irritate the skin and form bursitis or pierce the skin.
- The patellar pin is not bent and does not rotate, overcoming the problem of derotation due to the rotation of the kerfing needle in the normal kerfing needle tension band technique.
- The titanium cable is soft and easy to handle intraoperatively, which can effectively shorten the operation time.
- The titanium cable is more flexible and can be tightened during intraoperative “8” fixation. The fracture end is stable, and there is no displacement of the fracture end during postoperative knee flexion and extension
